Hi, I’m Matt
A London-based wedding and portrait photographer working across the UK and worldwide.
I’m half Brazilian, half English, which means I bring a useful mix of big energy, genuine warmth and just enough British politeness to keep the group photos moving.
I’ve been photographing people for over 15 years, from portraits and theatre to film sets and weddings. That background taught me to read a room, follow the feeling, and notice the moments that only happen once.
At weddings, I’m people-first. I’ll bring the energy when it helps, calm things down when it matters, guide you when you need it, and step back when the real moments are unfolding.
The goal is simple: you enjoy the day, feel completely yourselves, and I preserve the feeling of it.

Looking relaxed in photographs has very little to do with being naturally confident in front of a camera. I’ll give you gentle guidance when needed, keep things moving, and help you feel comfortable enough to be yourselves.

Your full gallery is usually delivered within 4–8 weeks, depending on the season and the size of the wedding.

Not always.
For smaller or more intimate weddings, one photographer is often enough. For larger weddings, tight timelines, multiple locations, or if you’d like both sides of the morning covered, a second photographer can be a great addition.
I’ll always be honest about whether it’s useful for your day.
